Thank you to all who attended the annual meeting. The day was certainly warm but it was wonderful to see so many members and celebrate the past year while looking forward to the next. Special thanks to Debbie Lifton who so graciously offered her lovely home and fabulous gardens to us, to Debbie Moore and her hospitality committee for a wonderful luncheon, and to Lisa Lovejoy for the perfect arrangements.
We were certainly all thrilled when Nancy Ahlstrom received the Waterman Bowl and when Vicki Arkins received the new member award. It was such fun to honor Cherry Swords for her long time membership in the Garden Club of New Haven; she has been a member since 1951.
