Many thanks to everyone who helped make the annual December Holiday Workshop & Boutique such a wonderful garden club event. Our club's enthusiastic efforts put together 119 small evergreen arrangements and 15 large floral arrangements in less than 3 hours! Many hands do, indeed, make for light work. Arden Court, The Mary Wade Home, Ella Scantlebury Senior Home, and Leeway are the very happy recipients of our club's beautiful evergreen & floral arrangements. This year we also delivered floral arrangements to several of our home-bound club members--- a fitting gesture to let these ladies know that the Garden Club wishes them joy during this holiday season. Finally, a very, very special thank-you goes to Lucy Elliot for her tireless efforts in creating the majority of materials we use and for helping to keep the workshop preparations (and me) organized.
