As discussed at the May Meeting, we are asking that each club member commit one hour of time each calendar year to Phelps Triangle. This small time commitment will truly make a difference to the garden that is enjoyed by so many.
Basic maintenance is what we are looking for from our members which includes such things as trash pick-up, weeding inside and around the garden, and simple pruning for example. If there are any issues or problems that you find when at the garden, please let Karen Downer Doyle (karen.downer-doyle@bankofamerica.com) and Cordalie Benoit (cordalie.benoit@aya.yale.edu) know as soon as possible so that they may be addressed in a timely fashion.
Thanks to all and if you have not signed up and have already helped out. Many folks have indicated that they would be available during various months previously and for that we are grateful. At this time, we ask that you commit to a week (one hour during that week at your convenience) we can make sure that we have the garden covered throughout the season. Please see weeks below where we are looking for participation.

Meeting Schedule 2011-2012
- June 4th (Monday) Annual Meeting at home of Debby Moore, 7 Westward Road, Woodbridge
- Unless otherwise noted, all meetings will be held on Monday at the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station (123 Huntington Street in New Haven). Light lunch will be served at 11:45 and the program will start at 12:15 (and will run for an hour.) The business meeting will be conducted immediately following the program speaker.
