GCA Minute

Be on the lookout for your February issue of the GCA Bulletin where you will find detailed descriptions of the three proposals for the Founders Fund Award for this year. This award meaningfully affects the projects, as the winner will receive $25,000 and each runner-up will receive $7,500. Every GCA club member in the US will have the opportunity to vote, and we will vote on our preference for the winner at the March general meeting. Just to give you a sneak preview, the projects are located in Asheville, NC, West Palm Beach, FL, and Lake County, IL. Each of these projects was proposed by local GCA clubs. Perhaps we should consider nominating a project in our area in the coming year!"
