Beautiful late-summer blooms and crisp, colorful foliage are in store for you the next several weeks at The New York Botanical Garden, offering an outdoor autumn experience without having to go far. The Perennial Garden’s vast palette and striking textures are a living work of art, the Rose Garden is at its peak fall display, and Seasonal Walk is showcasing a wonderful mixed border highlighted by golden grasses. Stroll through the 50-acre Native Forest, which is especially magnificent with the changing of the leaves. Witness the fall migration on a Saturday morning bird walk; take home apples, cider, and pumpkins from the Greenmarket; go on a guided tour; attend a home gardening demonstration; or relax on a Tram Tour and get acquainted with some of our 50 gardens and collections. Beginning October 17, you can share in the time-honored tradition of Japanese fall flower viewing with the exhibition Kiku in the Japanese Autumn Garden, which features the spectacular autumn landscapes of Japanese gardens, including chrysanthemums (kiku) and bonsai. You can do all these wonderful things and more with an All-Garden Pass. |
