The April meeting (April 9) will certainly be a must-attend event for Garden Club members interested in the latest in arrangement styles. Our presenter will be Tony Todesco, a very noted designer from the Boston area, will construct seven different arrangements, both traditional and creative. His arrangements will be up-to-the-minute since some of the seven will be new designs that he is defined for the new edition of the Federated handbook. The new handbook has been published and is now available for sale. Betsy will try to make some available for those who wish to purchase it ($15).
This meeting has been advertised in the Federated News and the Program Committee hopes that all members will bring other interested friends and make this meeting a “happening.” We will be serving a more ample lunch (additional soup and salad) and are charging guests $15. If you are bringing guests, please call Carole Morgan (624-9538) to reserve a place. The fee is payable at the meeting.
Our experienced auctioneer, Jim Niederman, will be on hand to auction off the arrangements at the end of the demonstration Come and bring guests for an exciting meeting..
