IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MEETING MINUTES AND NEXT YEAR'S DIRECTORY

Amy Estabrook and Susan Ehrenkranz are working hard to gather photographs of members to include in next year's directory. In working with the printer, they have devised a great way to include the photos at minimal additional cost. The pictures will be printed in black and white, in alphabetical order, and on several pages following the individual member listings. We hope that you will find this addition useful.

In an effort to eliminate as much paper generation as possible and to best utilize the limited time that we have together in meetings, we will handle the distribution and review of meeting minutes in the following way. Monthly minutes for general meetings will be sent out electronically as an attachment to the newsletter reminder to everyone who subscribes to
e-mail. For those who do not subscribe to e-mail, several copies of the minutes will be available on the check-in table at the general meetings. Please review the minutes for accuracy prior to the start of the meetings and provide any additions or changes to them to Katharine Goodbody during the meeting at the appropriate time."
