Thank You Notes

Thank you Notes To Everyone In The Garden Club!

Our many thanks for the lovely holiday arrangements you bring us each year! They are always so lovely and they add so much to our holiday spirit. Delivering one to each residents room is so much fun, watching their smiles and hearing them say, “Oh for me?” Truly one of the joys of the season. Our best to you all in the New Year, and our thanks for always remembering Leeway,
Sincerely,
Sylvia and Carolyn in Recreation.

Dear New Haven Garden Club,
The Auxiliary would like to thank you for decorating the Pediatric Play deck for the winter season. I appreciate all of the work you do year-round to enhance the aesthetic of the patients’ floors. I often have heard children, families, and employees delight at the wonderful scenery that you create each season. The Auxiliary is very fortunate to have friends like you to help make the hospital a more pleasant place for those who are cared for at Yale New Haven Hospital. Thank you for donating your time to help brighten up the children’s play deck.
Sincerely,
Katharine Neville
YNHH Auxiliary President.

Dear Garden Club Of New Haven Ladies (and especially, The Floradora Girls):
Thank you for helping make my mothers service and reception such a fabulous success. The bulbs and flowers were fabulous and my mother would have been thrilled by the efforts each and everyone made. My brothers and I look forward to learning more about plans for the Hortie Wilson civic improvement project. Phelps Triangle was always one of Horty’s passions so all of us support your efforts to beautify it.
Fondly,
Edith Wilson
