Be sure and read the latest edition of News and Cues, which was recently sent via e-mail to everyone who is on Jennifer Rook's distribution list. News and Cues is an electronic publication focusing on GCA Zone II activities. There are too many wonderful opportunities to summarize here, but don't miss reading about the upcoming GCA Annual Meeting in Providence on May 2 and 3, which will be hosted by Zone II.
The meeting's theme is "Celebrating the Urban Landscape" and there will be a fully accredited GCA flower show at the meeting. Currently there are openings in all photography and horticulture classes, while all flower design classes are full. You can access the schedule on the GCA website under the Committee pages for the Flower Show Committee.
Also, flower shows in Zone II this year open to you are in March, hosted by Greenfingers GC, and in June, hosted by New Canaan GC. Schedules for both shows are available on the GCA website.

And you can read the newsletter on the Zone II page on the GCA website. Save yourself a copy ... there is often material you might want to refer back to, and only the latest issue is online.
