By-Laws Amendment

The Board of Directors approved a motion to create a new class of membership entitled "Life Member". This title will be applied to all those members reaching age 90 in the current fiscal year. Life Members will not be subject to dues. This motion will be presented to the membership and voted upon at the May 7th General Meeting.
