The 96th Annual Meeting of the Garden Club of America, hosted by our own Zone II, will be in Providence on May 1-4. The theme for the meeting is "Celebrating The Urban Landscape." In addition to the opportunities for volunteering, you are invited to go to Providence and enjoy the flower show and shop in the boutique on May 2nd and 3rd. Also, you are invited to attend the business meetings on May 2nd and 3rd, which will be held in the mornings. The meetings will include national committee reports and will feature internationally recognized speakers on urban planning and sustainability. This is a wonderful opportunity for all of us to experience an annual meeting. If you plan on going to the business meetings, please let Debbie Edwards know so that she can relay a headcount for us.
